Rachel works in collaboration with the Executive Team to enhance human capital strategies and drive operational excellence. She is a transformational Human Resource Business Partner and her responsibilities include talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and retention, as well as workforce planning and analytics.
Rachel has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining AndCo, she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at a Fortune 100 Company. Her clients included Global Shared Services, Claim Shared Services, Operations, Staff Counsel, Training, Quality, Customer Relations, Workforce, Strategic Planning and Telephony supporting approximately 380 clients both locally and nationally.
